Opening of new UrbanLinkz Tampines Bus Garage
UrbanLinkz today unveiled its official third bus garage located in the eastern part of Singapore. The UrbanLinkz Tampines Bus Garage, located at the junction of Tampines Avenue 10 and Tampines Link, is a stone's throw away from the Tampines Warehouse Retail Park.
The multi-storey bus garage, however, is not the biggest to be owned and run by the company but it takes on the important role of maintaining buses run on services with terminating points in the east and northeast.
The opening of the new garage thus also marks the end of our partnership with XYGinc, who has been setting aside space for our buses at its own Tampines Bus Depot. We appreciate their help for the past few months.
The Tampines Bus Garage will handle more than 20 bus services, with more than 200 buses based there.
