Changes to Harmony bus service 891
In our continuous efforts to serve our passengers better, Harmony Bus Services will be amending the route of service 891 from Sunday, 13 January 2008.
Among the key changes are:
- Extension to Teck Whye/Bukit Panjang to increase coverage of the northwest
- A less winding sector in Woodlands
- Enhanced route in the northeast to reduce travelling time to get to the town centres of Hougang, Sengkang and Punggol
At the same time, service 891 will also be renumbered as service 871 in line with the number range allocated for routes radiating out from Bukit Panjang Interchange.
With the above changes, passengers will now be able to enjoy a more progressive travel between the northwest and the northeast without having to make multiple transfers.
