New Woodlands Feeder Bus Network

UrbanLinkz will start operating eight new feeder services in Woodlands today, as part of a comprehensive plan to better serve the residents of Woodlands. Under the new plan, all the feeder bus services will start from either Woodlands Regional bus Interchange or the UrbanLinkz-managed Marsiling Interchange, to allow comuters to travel with ease, especially when they need to transfer to the MRT or other bus services at the interchanges.

In summary, new services 271, 272, 273, 274, 275, 276, 277N, 277R and 278 will start operating today. While most of them are new services, services 273 and 278 incorporates current feeder services 702 and 707, which will be withdrawn one week later, on Sunday, 11 September 2005, to give residents ample time to familiarise themselves with the new services. Their last day of operations will be on Saturday, 10 September 2005.
