Improvements to cross-border services

Travelling to Johor Bahru will be made simpler and more efficient from Sunday, 11 November 2007.

Route 930 between Choa Chu Kang and Kotaraya II Terminal will be extended to terminate at Larkin Bus Terminal instead to provide better bus service connections in Johor Bahru. As such, route 930 will no longer serve Kotaraya II Terminal.

On the same day, shortworking trip 930A between Kranji Station and Kotaraya II Terminal will be renumbered as new full-day route 940. The route remains unchanged. This will allow for a more efficient service catering to the needs of commuters requiring travel only between Singapore and the Johor immigration checkpoint as well as the nearby city centre.

Route 950 between Woodlands and Larkin Terminal remains unchanged. However, to cater to commuters travelling beyond its current operating hours, route 950 will be converted into a 24-hour bus service, UrbanLinkz Buses' second such route, with frequency of between 20 to 30 minutes during the wee hours of the morning.
