Ever wanted to know how we operate and maintain our buses? Bursting with suggestions on how we can further improve our services and make bus rides a more pleasant experience for all commuters? Come join us as an UrbanLinkz Friend (UBLF).

Officially set up in September 2005, the Friends of UrbanLinkz club aims to promote goodwill and understanding between us and the commuting public through better understanding of our operations and operating environment. It also opens up avenues for the public to provide feedback and suggestions as to how we can improve our services, ultimately helping themselves to better comfort and convenience when using our services.

As a friend, you have to be an ambassador for UrbanLinkz by promoting goodwill and understanding of UrbanLinkz among commuters. Share what you have learnt about UrbanLinkz with friends and family. You will also have to provide feedback and suggestions on UrbanLinkz services on a regular basis and help foster social graces among commuters by setting a good example.

How do you help as a UBLF?
- Flag the bus in advance.
- Queue to board the bus.
- Allow others to board by moving to the rear of the bus and encouraging others to move in.
- Offer your seat to those who need it more.
- Do not litter, eat or drink in the bus and discourage other passengers from doing so.
- Notify the bus captain of any faults in the bus.
- Press the bell in advance before alighting.
